How to write a INSPIRE Project Synopsis 2022 - INSPIRE Awards - MANAK 2022-23
INSPIRE MANAK ::
This application aims to support and promote innovation in scientific and logical pursuit by promoting research (INSPIRE) related schemes. The INSPIRE Awards -MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by DST with the National Innovation Foundation India (NIF), an indipendant and autonomous body of DST, aims to motivate students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in classes 6 to 10. The objective of the scheme is to target 1 million original unique thoughts and ideas or innovations rooted in science and cultural applications to encourage, a culture of thinking, creativity and innovative thinking among school Children.
Last Date - The last date to submit nominations for the year 2022-23 is extended until 15th October, 2022 23:59 hours.

Prize -
The top 1 lakh innovative ideas that solve or address the needs of societal through science and technology will shortlisting from total given ideas by the students all over india. The total prize money of INR 10,000 should be transfered to the students account directly throgh Direct Benefit Transfer.
How to select students for Inspire awards :-
From every school 3-4 most innovative and creative ideas that solve societal problems and fulfill the needs must be selected by science teacher after conducting science seminar and science exhibition in their school. And then the nominations would submitted online by the Headmaster of the school through E-MIAS (E- Management of INSPIRE Award Scheme) website. New schools can register themselves on this website.
How to write INSPIRE Project Synopsis :-
To start writnig the synopsis first point is to mention the Title. The main moto of writing 'Title' and 'Project' in the nomination form to know the theme and idea about the project submitted by the students.
In the Project Synopsis these 3 Key Points should be mention :
1] What is the project about
2] What problem it addresses
3] What are the advantages of it
EXAMPLE :
Title of the Project : Travelling bag with folding seats
Project Synopsis : Many a times travellers have to stand even as expecting a bus or train on the bus/train station as the number of seats to be had are few. The student has developed a travelling bag where a folding seat has been integrated. This may be spread out and used for sitting while looking forward to the bus or train thereby eliminating the discomfort while standing for long period of time. It is going to be specially beneficial for ladies and elderly.
